Team Roles and Tech Updates Dev Log
Since the last sprint phase there has been a few updates to both the team roles and some tech changes. In relation to the team roles, there has been a temporary switch on lead programmer role for a small duration.
During a recent programming team catch up, it was identified that the original version of Unity that the project was created in was causing issues where certain features within the engine were not working properly. The programming team opted to use the latest available LTS version of Unity to see if this rectified the issue, thankfully it did. We then notified the rest of the team to update the version of Unity Engine that they are using and to wait until the GitHub main branch had been updated to incorporate the change before making any changes to the project. This change to the newer LTS version will make 2D Animation features work more efficiently and allow more effective control on Post Processing effects.
