Post Playtest Decisions Dev Log


The internal and external playtests of our first prototype were pivotal to our project’s progression, we received a lot of positive insights and constructive feedback on aspects we can improve within our game concept. The Dev Team have decided to focus on the following areas for our next sprint phase;

Update Animation and Audio: Re-vamp the animations to make them transition smoother and ensure each character has their own unique recognisable audio for attacks and impacts.

Inclusion of K.O Count: Keep track of the number of enemies defeated

Impact/Visual Que when player is damaged: To help players know when they have been hit by an enemy

Ultimate Attack: An OP attack to deal a massive amount of damage, will have a cooldown applied

Block ability/Invulnerability Pick Up: Gives the players the ability to be temporarily invulnerable to damage for a brief period

New Level Creation: Gives players the ability to explore the environment more 

New Enemy Characters: Provides variety and keeps things feeling fresh and challenging
